1.Responsible to the comptroller and in charge of all the system management of the hotel. These include computer, terminals, power supplies, software, designing programmers, computer supplies and interfaces with other systems.
2.Configuration and installation planning, computer counter design, schedules all computer training class
3.Ensures that all data processing equipment runs with minimum or no down time
4.Ensures that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems
